You live for the details. Your idea of a perfect vacation is one where you’ve planned every day, every activity, down to the last minute. Sure, you build in “free time” for everyone, but that’s just so you have time to relax and do something you really enjoy…like planning the route home and all the stops.
You can roll with the punches. Things happen, but you thrive in situations where problem solving and contingency planning rule the day. Come hell or high water, you’ll negotiate your way to whatever needs are required to move forward (but in your calm, level-headed way, of course).
You hold yourself and others to high standards while maintaining strong relationships built on trust. You are understanding when people (or vendors) let you down, but not afraid to call someone to the carpet when you need to.
You chase lofty goals like 100% fill rate and 8X inventory turns and becoming the “G.O.A.T.” in whatever you’re into.
